01 / The brief
Fees, payments and receipts in one place, with balances that update the moment a payment is recorded.
Challenge
Bursars reconcile fees across receipt books, bank slips and spreadsheets. Parents ask for balances and wait days for an answer.
Approach
We built a focused product around one job: record a payment, issue a receipt, show the balance. Then we added the reports bursars and head teachers asked for.
